The Virgin Mary Boy School  is delighted to announce the opening of two mindful rooms.  Junior and senior pupils will avail of relaxation and mindful practices in conjunction with the Irish primary schools SPHE programme. This invaluable resource was generously given to our school by Ikea as part of their active involvement to support the local community. Our junior pupils are availing of an active mindful room, where free and creative play is encouraged. Our senior boys are practicing many different type of mindfulness, including mindful movement, breathing and relaxation techniques.
