We have been learning so many new games and activities in PE with our student teacher - Miss Gallagher. We are having so much fun.
Popcorn Party
Senior Infants had the best attendance in the school for the month of December and got to celebrate with a popcorn party in school. We had so much fun bringing in our cuddly toys, eating popcorn and watching Paddington in our cozy classroom.
Hurling with Coach Dean
We have had so much fun with Coach Dean from Setanta GAA. We have been busy practising our hurling skills. Coach Dean has invited all the students to join Setanta if you are looking for an activity outside of school.
Christmas Baking

We had the chance to make some vanilla chocolate chip cupcakes for the Christmas Bake Sale. We had so much fun mixing, measuring, counting (and maybe some sneaky tasting along the way).

Shared Reading with 4th class.
We have loved meeting the The 4th class boys in the library for shared reading.
The Post Office.
The Senior Infants have been learning all about their local community. As part of this unit, we have been learning all about the Post Office. We have enjoyed exploring this theme in our Aister room. A highlight of our term was our walk to the local post office to post a letter! As well as having Postman Leigh visit us in our classroom.
