(b) Read together (books or make up stories, retell your child stories from the past, your own or their grandparents)
(c) Ask your child to teach you something they like to do
(d) Cook /bake together
(e) Ask your child what yoga they know from school, to teach you a move or sequence, if not watch YouTube yoga for kids.
