Santa came to visit!!

We were delighted with all our lovely presents!! We must have been very good this year!

Baking

We made delicious rice crispie buns for our party!! We had a big party because our class were the attendance winners for two months in a row!!

Our trip to the Garda Station

Before Halloween 3rd and 4th class went to the Garda Station. We waited outside for about 20minutes.

Then they let us in, we went to where the cars were and I got locked into the van for two minutes. We also got into the cars and beeped the horns and pretended to be the police. It was great fun!

Lee was dressed as a policeman for Halloween.

Then we went to the horses, we waited in a line and we rubbed the horses.

After that we were finished and we went back to school and had our Halloween party.

We had a great day and I hope we get to do it again!

Science Week

We had SO much fun during science week!

Egg-citing news in 3rd class!!

We are hatching chickens in our classroom! It will take 21days for the eggs to hatch.  We are so egg-cited to meet the chickens!!

Gardening

Every Monday we go gardening with GAP.  We planted potatoes, squash, beans and shallots.  We also weeded the strawberry plants.  We love gardening!!

Fighting Words

Our class was invited to do a very special project in Fighting Words.  We were partnered with older writers.  Together we wrote books.  We had a wonderful time!! We really hope that we will get invited back again!  Here are links to the stories that we created. Please have a look!
